Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Timdle and Timdle+ ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Service

Timdle is a free timeline-based puzzle game created in November 2024. Timdle+ is an optional premium subscription service that provides additional features while keeping the core game free and ad-free for all users.

Free
Service includes:
  • • Access to daily timeline puzzles
  • • Basic gameplay features
  • • Ad-free experience
Timdle+
Premium includes:
  • • Full archive access since November 2024
  • • Score analytics with detailed charts
  • • Unlimited custom timeline creation
  • • 30 AI-powered requests per month
  • • Daily event summaries
  • • Additional game modes (when available)
User Accounts
  • • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Subscription and Payment

Timdle+ Pricing:

Monthly subscription: $1.99 per month
Annual subscription: $19.99 per year

Payment Processing:

  • • All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
  • • We do not store or have access to your payment card information
  • • Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase
  • • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription settings
  • • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

AI Usage Limits:

  • • Timdle+ subscribers receive 30 AI-powered timeline generation requests per month
  • • Usage resets monthly on your billing date
  • • Unused requests do not carry over to the next month
Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • • Create custom timelines with offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • • Abuse AI generation features or attempt to circumvent usage limits
  • • Share your account credentials with others
  • • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway and the European Union, and any disputes will be resolved in Norwegian courts.
